We host Indoor and Outdoor events:

Oaks Canna World Fair is an Indoor Event and branded tents are optional

Pocono Canna World Fair is an Outdoor Event and tents are required

EVENT RESERVATION DEPOSIT: Vendor reservations require a $50 deposit per each event and the non-refundable deposit is applied to your balance. Applications are reviewed and balances are collected by email invoice with a payment link.

VENDOR CHECK-IN: Vendors must be checked-in by 9:00am and set-up by 9:30am on Saturday. For the safety of the attendees, late arriving vehicles may not drive into the festival area after 9:15am.

LOAD-IN HOURS: Friday 9am-7:00pm and Saturday 7:30am to 9:30am. Friday load-in is required for extra-large trailers, large vehicles, or any extra-large setup.

VENDOR EQUIPMENT: Vendors are required to bring their own Tables and Tablecloth. Tents are optional for indoor events. Tents with weights and stakes are mandatory at all outdoor events. Bring your own 50ft extension cord for electricity orders.

Promoter provides a charging station at the main desk for all types of personal electronics.
