Welcome to Canna World Fair!

Thank you for your interest in our Canna World Fair Events. Great vendors are at the core of every spectacular event! We look forward to working with you in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We host Indoor and Outdoor events. The Pocono Canna Fair is a huge outdoor festival featuring overnight camping options. The Allentown Canna Boutique is a personal shopping experience held within a hotel ballroom and offers great hotel room rates. The Morgantown Canna World Fair is a large indoor event featuring onsite hotel accommodations including indoor swimming.

**Registration is currently open only to our original vendors. New vendor registration will be posted approximately two months prior to an event if space remains available.

Pocono Canna World Fair is an Outdoor Festival Event and tents with weights are required. Food Vendor spaces are full.

Morgantown Canna World Fair is an indoor event and vendor tents are optional. Food Vendor spaces are full. Holiday Inn Morgantown-Vendor Rate

Allentown Canna Boutique is an indoor hotel ballroom event. No tents are used at this event. Food Vendor spaces are full.

Food Vendor spaces are not available.

LOAD-IN HOURS:

  • Friday 10am-7:00pm
  • Saturday 7:30am to 9:15am

Friday load-in is required for extra-large trailers, large vehicles, or any extra-large setup.

Rental Equipment: All Electricity orders and Rental Equipment orders must be placed on your original registration. Optional Rental Items : 8 foot Table with Chairs, Pipe & Drape, and Electricity. We do not rent vendor tents.

EVENT DEPOSIT: The Non-Refundable deposit is applied to the vendor balance. Applications are reviewed and balances are collected by email invoice.

VENDOR CHECK-IN: Vendors must be checked-in by 9:00am and set-up by 9:30am on Saturday. Late arriving vehicles may not drive into the festival area after 9:00am.*VENDORS MUST BE ON-TIME: If you have an emergency – please notify the event promoter. Late arriving vendors may lose their assigned location.

VENDOR EQUIPMENT

  • Pocono & Morgantown Canna Fairs: Vendors bring their own Tent, Tables, Tablecloths & Chairs. Vehicle load-in is available at these locations.
  • Allentown Canna Boutique: Vendors Do Not bring a Tent or Tables to the Allentown Canna Boutique. Vendors will need an 8 foot tablecloth and a cart to bring in your products. Vehicle load-in is not available at this location. This event is by invitation only due to the limited space.

2025 Pocono Vendor Fees are Due by June 15, 2025

10×10 = $250.00

10×20 = $350.00

10×30 = $450.00

20×20 = $500.00

Optional Rental Items Must be placed with original registration

8 foot table with chairs = $25.00

Tablecloth = $10.00

Electricity Regular = $50.00, Electricity Large = $100.00

Add Camping Tent to Vendor Space = $25.00

Add RV to vendor space (with electricity & water hook-up) = $125.00

Vehicle parking at a vendor space will be available only to vendors with a handicap placard. Other special circumstances for parking at the vendor spaces will be considered and charged on an individual basis.
